Cancellation Policy

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated! We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made an appointment. Please call 24 hours before your appointment to cancel.  Appointments cancelled inside 24 hours will result in 50% charge of your scheduled service unless the appointment can be filled! Very last minute cancels and No-show appointments will owe the full amount of the service! However, if your appointment can be filled, you're off the hook! So call, text or e-mail as soon as it becomes clear you can't make it. Depending on our booking schedule, late arrivals may not receive the full session time: Full payment is required. Emergency cancellations are determined at the Massage Therapist's discretion.
